House Clearances

We would suggest a visit to the property by the Auctioneer to establish what can be sold at auction and the best way forward.  He will advise you of all saleable items which can be brought to the auction rooms, any items destined for a more specialised Auction and any items of an unsaleable nature which can either be disposed of  by yourselves or by us at a cost to you.

Independent Valuations

These are held at the auction rooms on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday by prior appointment, mainly free of charge unless for Insurance Purposes. For larger single items, it is advised you email a picture and a valuation will be given within 24 hrs.

Probate

We would suggest a visit from the Auctioneer, actioned either by an independent telephone call or via a Solicitor.  These are charged by time taken only at very reasonable rates.

Realisation Purposes and Family Division

These can be held at the Auction Centre on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, by prior arrangement or a visit can be made if larger quantities are involved.

Catering

Catering is currently available for the Household Sales on Thursdays

Car Parking

There is a large car park available for approximately 200 cars but it is advised to come early as it gets very busy on sale days.
